Mr. Reda Abu Tarboush is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned business leader with over 25 years of diverse experience across industries spanning manufacturing, Technology, trading, international finance, contracting, and financial services. As the Chairman of Capital Hills Loans & Overdues Rescheduling Services LLC, he combines strategic acumen with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprises, underpinned by an unwavering commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

Education & Early Career

A graduate of Bethlehem University with a degree in Business Administration (1997), he began his career in the family-owned stainless steel fabrication business. Demonstrating early leadership, he spearheaded business development initiatives before ascending to the role of Financial Manager within four years. Over his seven-year tenure, he honed expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and market expansion, laying the groundwork for his future entrepreneurial ventures.

Global Ventures & Entrepreneurial Journey

In 2004, he relocated to Dubai, UAE, co-founding a dynamic IT trading company that capitalized on emerging technological trends. Building on this success, he co-founded a second venture in 2006, specializing in international trade and finance, further solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking strategist.

Between 2008 and 2014, he pivoted to the contracting sector, establishing a company renowned for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term client partnerships. His ability to navigate diverse markets led to the launch of Done Deal Commercial Broker in 2017, a firm dedicated to facilitating strategic business transactions, which continues to thrive under his guidance.

In 2018, he founded Capital Hills Loans & Overdues Rescheduling Services LLC, assuming the role of Chairman. Under his stewardship, the company has emerged as a trusted partner in financial solutions, offering tailored services in negotiating bank settlement and delinquency services as well as debt management strategies to individuals and businesses alike. His hands-on leadership style, coupled with a deep understanding of global markets, has driven the firm’s growth and cemented its reputation for integrity and client-centric innovation.

Mahmoud Frag is a dynamic financial leader with a proven record of revitalizing operations and driving strategic growth across diverse organizations. Currently a Board Member at IASCA (Jordan) and Chairman at the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation (Dubai), he provides strategic direction and ensures alignment with organizational goals. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at AlAicona (Dubai).

An entrepreneur at heart, Mahmoud co-founded Meta Media and founded MHB Group and Mras Group (all in Istanbul), providing financial advisory services and economic analysis. Previously, as Head of Finance and CEO at Aafaq Islamic Finance (Dubai), he spearheaded financial operations and implemented innovative strategies, earning recognition as a top leader in Islamic finance.

Holding a PhD in Islamic Studies and an MBA in Accounting and Finance, Mahmoud possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by numerous certifications in finance and innovation. He is an Honorary Ambassador at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (Jordan).

Dr. Amir Abdallah Ibrahim

Dr. Amir Abdallah Ibrahim is a prominent expert in the field of law, recognized for his extensive knowledge and commitment to legal excellence. He holds a Doctorate in Private Law, and his academic journey showcases his dedication to understanding complex legal frameworks. He achieved his Master’s degree with a focus on profits in joint-stock companies, where he examined the dynamics of business profitability and its legal implications. Currently, Dr. Amir serves as the Legal Counsel for Capital Hills, where he provides expert legal guidance on a wide range of matters, ensuring compliance and navigating the complex landscape of corporate law. His role emphasizes his extensive expertise in the corporate sector and his ability to protect and advance the interests of his clients.

Dr. Amir is an attorney specializing in cassation and administrative and constitutional law in the Arab Republic of Egypt. A proud graduate of Cairo University in 1999, he has built a robust portfolio of experience within Egypt, as well as in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His multifaceted expertise underscores his dedication to upholding justice and his ability to navigate various legal systems, gaining insights that enrich his practice and enable him to offer comprehensive legal solutions.

Currently, he serves as the Financial Director at Capital Hills Loans & Overdues Rescheduling Services LLC in Dubai.

Prasanna provides financial consultancy with expertise spanning financial restructuring, remediation, and corporate banking. With a strong background in relationship management, portfolio management, and risk analysis, he brings a strategic, solution-oriented approach to every challenge.
